Wow, this shirt was so much more neon in person than on my monitor! (It was more of a purplish-pink, too.) But I get that monitors are all calibrated differently and that's not REI's fault. That being said, the color was still cute in person and in a way, even better for outdoor running or hiking because I feel very visible in it. I love the length- it's sort of long, and the sleeves are nice and long, too. It's perfect for layering since it's not heavy- you could wear it under or over something else.
