This has been a great jacket for morning bike commuting to work -- very bright/visible, blocks the wind, and breathes very well. It is great how it folds up into it's own back pocket for super easy storage for the ride home in the afternoon. I also really love how lightweight it is, it is a great item to bring on long touring rides as an added wind breaker incase of changing weather. I have not tried it in rain yet. I expect it may be too fragile / thin for mtn biking, it could rip. I have the "green," but I think 4 of 5 people would classify it as a bright yellow-ish color.
