    Comments about The North Face Cipher Jacket - Women's:

    I got this jacket for a 2-week trek in Europe. It was not the warm outer later I hoped for, and I spent most of the trip layering in order to handle anything below ~60 degrees. A few things about the jacket are great: it's stretchy all over, water-resistant, and comfortable thanks to the soft interior. Cons: water resistant material snagged, not at all warm, sleeves bizarrely long. I'm a lanky 5'8" and could easily take 2" off the sleeves (though they may work well for anything that requires reaching). If you're looking for a stretchy rain jacket that can handle a wide range of movement and don't mind spending a lot, this is for you.
    Size note: it runs large. I typically wear a L in North Face stretchy tops and the medium jacket fits me perfectly and even stretched out a bit despite a round in the dryer.
