Comments about Cannondale Synapse Alloy 7 Women's Bike - 2013:
I fell in love with my bike on my first ride around the store lot. Since then, I've questioned it's shifting. I've had quite a bit of popping and jerking, but it has gotten a much better over the past few rides. I wouldn't say that it is definitely the performance of the Sora gears and derailers. It's most likely me and my lack of experience beyond my OLD inexpensive mountain bike with fewer shifting options. I'd certainly say give it a try. For entry into road cycling, I think it is a good first purchase option at REI. The support and adjustments of the bike mechanics have helped me enjoy about 100 miles in the past month. I'm confident that together we'll be in excellent condition for the 250+ mile tour that I'm registered for in September. ;)
