I've been looking for a running fanny pack or vest with pockets to hold my glucometer and emergency glucose. This fanny pack is perfect. There is a lot of space for all of this plus my phone and keys. there are a few pockets inside the main section plus a smaller zippy pocket in front, where I keep my phone. The pack fits perfectly on my lower back and does not bounce around when I run.
