          For years my favorite active top was Patagonia's R.5, but they discontinued them. The two I have are starting to show wear after many years. I was sad to think that soon I'd be without them. Then I found the REI Rendezvous Hoody! I was so thrilled to find that the fabric seems to be exactly the same as the old Patatonia R.5. So I bought one, and I absolutely love it. I like the snaps in the front that allow you to make adjustments as it gets colder or warmer, and the hood is great. I'm 5'4" & 105lbs. and normally wear a small, but had to get an XS in this. I hope they come out with more colors and don't discontinue this anytime soon.

            This is a fantastic shirt/sweatshirt--light and thinner fabric than bulky sweatshirts or jackets, but it is seriously warm for it's weight! It's fleecy on the inside (almost like a fine-knit towel?) and slicker on the outside, so it looks very flattering and feels wonderful. I wear it almost every day to/from the gym, with jeans, inside and outside. Absolutely love it and am online to buy in more colors!
