The handle on the suitcase is located in the wrong place. Normally, the handle attached to a suitcase intended as an airline carry-on is located on the side of the bag; this helps when removing luggage from overhead storage. Unfortunately, the handle on this piece is on the middle of the zipper closed cover. This is unsatisfactory because (1) Using the handle may pull open the zipper as the zipper is the only thing holding the cover on and (2) The handle is of limited value in removing the baggage from an overhead storage rack as it cannot be used to pull the luggage out.

The first time I used the unit the zipper blew, thankfully I did not lose anything (domestic). The zipper on my unit wouldn't properly thread no matter how many times I tried. Not sure if its a global issue of these small zippers or just a defective unit.
