      I've used this bra on a long trail run and carrying a backpack while hiking - I could not ask for more. The straps are not adjustable which is a big deal for carrying a backpack comfortably. It's so hard to find a comfortable bra without a back closure or adjustable straps. It goes on over my head easily and is very light and comfortable. I'm not a chesty gal so having a bra which supports but doesn't squish me flat is nice too. I LOVE this bra.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
