I use this cross trainer for power walking and some short distance running on a treadmill. Very stable and lightweight. I also have a pair of the Zoot running shoes for treadmill running. They are great.

Liked the shoe, the line looks good too but for a size 13 the shoe fit like a 10: far too small. Same is true with other models i tried on.
