Good deal for the outlet price plus my member's 20% discount. Heavier than a long-sleeve jersey, and more wind-resistant, but lighter than a Pearl Izumi fleece jacket I have; just right for the the 50-55 F days we've been having the past couple of weeks with just a short-sleeve wicking shirt under. Good fit, good visibility, good pockets (nice having one with a zipper), soft neck. Fabric is a little stiff because of wind resistance, I guess. Zipper is easy to grab and appears strong.
