      I got the Moji 360 to help speed recovery after workouts. I still use a rumble roller in the mornings for deep tissue work, but the Moji has been an excellent addition. I use it in the evenings to ease the sore spots. The handle is big enough that you can use both hands while working your back, but not so big as to be bulky where you wouldn't want to take it with you. Very happy so far.
