by achildsfromgreat for roller skiingOther reviews I have read say the tips break. If you replace them with rollerski tips, they make a great pair of cheap poles for some off season training.

by Alex12345fromBasket breaks easilyI agree with the previous reviewer, the basket breaks easily. In my case it happened after ~40 km of skate skiing.

by TreeraiserfromNice, but poor basketsI like the style, grips, and straps, solid there; however, the thin basket design is poor, or I just have terrible luck. I only have had them a couple weeks, skated say a total of 7 times with them ~35km, and already broke two of them. The first one went only after two uses, took them back and exchanged, then the second one went on the new set just the other day. Now I need to figure out how to get more or take them back again.

by Paul the WallfromMehFirst pair of skating poles. Basket broke at the beginning of a hilly 50K, with only about that many training miles on them. While the grips are great, I found the adjustability to be geared toward only the tight end of things. That is to say, they work well with thin gloves, but there is minimal Velcro left with my Mountain Hardware Compulsion gloves.
