I ordered a 38 and 40 and the 38 fit best (I wear S/M and 6/8). At 5'8", I appreciate the sleeve lenth. The sleeves are not too bulky too. The torso length could be a bit longer but it is OK. It could use some more reflective bits for a cycling jacket.
