These fit great and are true to size. I'm 6'4" with a 34" waist and the large fits perfectly. I've ridden them in both hot and cold weather and with the material being somewhat thin, you'll feel the cold wind penetrate. Normal thickness on the chamois but occupies more of the short than others I have. Excellent price for the quality of the short
