I have received so many compliments on the black color that I ordered the gray one too. It looks better on than in the photo. I paired the black skirt with a dressy sleeveless shirt and a royal blue cardigan and it looks so nice at the office and yet is comfortable. I like that you can dress it up or down. I have washed it a couple times and did not need to steam or iron it. Seemed a little stiff and crisp at first but it is softer now. I wear a size 4 and ordered the size 2 and it is just right. Debated on giving it 4 or 5 stars but chose 4 because it is not true to size.

After reading the positive reviews, I ordered this skirt and am SO happy I did! I love the way the skirt looks and feels. I wear it when I want to be comfortable, but it's also easy to dress it up. It is great for hot weather or cool. The fabric looks nice and there are plenty of pockets for storage without bulking it up. It's quite flattering, too! I can't think of anything bad to say about this skirt. If it came in different colors, I would buy them all!

These skirts are cut big in the waist and hip. I have 30" waist, 39" hip. I wear an 8 in REI pants, 10 in many other brands. I have this skirt in several colors, size 2 and 4. I'm not being vain... they actually fit.
Once you guess the right size, they're great skirts. Very durable, easy care, great for a rainy commute because they're dry by the time you get to your desk. I like them for travel because they look nice but have lots of useful pockets.
