Specialized ski/hike mechanism frees the upper cuff from the lower part of the boot and offers movement for hiking—boots are also really comfortable to walk in!
When you're ready to ski, the cuffs lock directly into the lower shell to maximize power transmission on the descent
Innovative V-shaped lower shell and magnesium backbone virtually eliminate flex when backbone is engaged
Relatively soft plastic in upper cuffs and shells makes it easy to get your feet in these ski boots
Women-specific liners feature upper cuffs that are shaped around women's calf muscles, a wide forefoot area and low volume around the ankles

I bought these boots for my girlfriend who was just starting out, i was nervous that they might not fit right or be uncomfortable, or not warm enough.....we were skiing in ND and it was 11 degrees out with 15 mph wind and she was comfy and warm:) they fit her great and was in them all day and had no complaints about her feet hurting!!

Excellent beginners boot. Bought this for my wife, she can wear it all day in comfort. It is stiff enough for groomed beginner and low intermediate runs. She can get in and out of it with the expected amount of struggle, and finds it easy to adjust settings by herself. I am quite happy with this boot.
