I'm a recreational distance runner and I'm preparing to run a full marathon next year. I average 25 miles (or 40K) per week. I always experience muscle soreness and occasional shin splints. I've been planning to buy the CEP compression sleeves for quite some time but just couldn't because they're pricey.

Three weeks ago, I bought two pairs and I have no regrets! It hastens healing due to muscle pain and soreness and I no longer experience shin splints.

I wear the sleeves after my runs and continues to wear them overnight. I should wear them during my runs but I feel I look funny on them.

It's worth every penny!
