Comments about Burton Escapade Snowboard Bindings - Women's - 2012/2013:
These bindings are fantastic on the right board. I initially installed them on Burton's Feelgood and couldn't get them to sit as far back on my heelside as I prefer, which made for a wonky ride. Next, I threw them on a K2 Eco Lite, and discovered my ultimate setup! These bindings are well constructed and feel solid without being heavy. The straps are ultra-cushy; I run mine pretty tight and like that I can feel strapped down without cutting off circulation through my ankles. The toe cap also grabs well and doesn't slide down/up like other toe caps I have used. My favorite feature of the bindings are the highbacks, particularly that they follow the curve of your leg towards your midline in a sort of ergonomic fashion. This made a big difference to me as I ride a pretty wide-stance that creates pressure points on the inside of my ankle/calf with straight highbacks. They bindings ride super soft with the highbacks in a full-back position (which I prefer), but have an option to lock forward for a more aggressive ride.
My only negative is that they strap my heel down SO well that it gets stuck in the binding, and I have a hard time stepping out of the bindings when I unstrap in the lift line.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
