Totally agree with previous review that for the price and touted quality, these boots should be much warmer. The fit is good, though tight, requires thin socks, thus no way to even try to have warm feet. Presently working with the wonderful local REI staff to tweek the fit for my high arch, but I am VERY VERY concerned on the lack of warmth in the boots as my toes have a constant chill, even on a nice day, and can't feel them on a cold day. HELP!!!

I tried really hard to love these. The fit was excellent. I have narrow heels and normal width foot, so I struggle to find a boot that accommodates normal width but doesn't give me too much heel movement. These were the ones. Only problem was that my feet were like ice cubes no matter what the temperature was. I tried to convince myself it was because I was putting them on cold, cinching to tight, didn't heat mold them...etc, but finally I gave up. I had to stop and thaw my feet out a few short hours into every session with them on the mountain, so after 5-6 times, that was enough. Some of these days the temp was way above 30, too. Toe warmers fixed the problem more or less, but I expected more from a boot of this quality and price in terms of warmth. Ended up getting the Nordica Transfire RSW and am super happy with them. Though the fit isn't as perfect as these were, my feet are toasty warm and the lower price was definitely an added perk, too.
