I go on many snowshoe hikes. Was dissatisfied with my last pairs of snowshoes, but was pleasantly surprised with the Tubbs Flex Alp. I snowshoed up to Pebble Creek and the terrain was very steep and uneven. They were great! I liked the way they gripped the snow and ice going up as well as coming down. I recommended them to a friend who purchased a pair and wore them for the first time today on a snowshoe hike up and down steep terrain and thanked me and absolutely loved them! I will put on my Facebook page and recommend to all of my friends.

I used these snowshoes on a snowshoe trip in the North Cascades this winter. It was out first time snowshoeing, and considering we had no idea what to expect, I was thrilled with the product, especially compared to the shoes other people in our group were using. There were significant elevation gains, varying terrain, and deep snow in places. The shoes gave me great float, and I loved the heel lift feature for long inclines.
