MagTek board design combines AmpTek All-Mountain rocker/camber and Magne-Traction edge technology; together they equal better hold, more control and greater performance
AmpTek All-Mountain profile features 40% camber/60% rocker profile, with camber between the feet, and rocker under bindings—a great choice for park and groomers
Magne-Traction offers 5 contact points on each side of the board, resulting in amazing control regardless of snow conditions
Wood core is made from a single type of wood, and is vertically laminated for durability and even flexing
Directional twin tip makes for easy turns when learning, and riding switch once you've mastered
Sandwich construction gives riders solid edge hold and added strength, with quick rider-to-board energy transmission for ultimate response

Comments about Rossignol Templar MagTek Snowboard - 2012/2013:

I've gotten up on this board about thirty days this year and have been fully impressed not only with its performance but also it's durability. Low snowpack has lead to some pretty sketchy adventures finding quite a few rocks with minimal base/edge damage. Rossi did a five point magnetraction on the Templar which has a more mellow feel than the traditional 7 points but still does work when the conditions require. The all mountain Amptek camber rides real fun, keeping the board stable and poppy while remaining floaty and playful. I highly recommend checking the Templar out especially if you can't afford to have a whole quiver.
