I took a look to many different brands and models. Since I need a GPS, and heart rate but also a water resistant watch, after browsing too many, I found this was the most appropriate for me. So I was excited for all the benefits described plus the price. I ordered it and first time it came without a user's manual. I understood this things happens and went for a second chance. I received a new one, this time with everything complete I was trying to set it up and I did it as I told it is "very easy" to use but when setting the heart rate sensor it just "frozen" searching for the heartbeat signal for the next 48 hours. I quit and went to the store to returned it. For me it has been so disappointing and a lost of time trying to make it works.
It is a shame because features looked so good!

The delivery was prompt but watch arrived without user's manuals. I returned it and customer service was awesome they are always good, and kind. They help and they know products they selI. I received the second one so fast.

I was very disappointed. The watch was consistent but stopped working very quickly. It will not hold a charge and will not get the satellite connection. In addition I had difficulty getting the running screen to show the display I wanted. This watch was a big letdown.
