The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about REI Tech-Compatible All-Season Gloves - Women's:
I've used this as an active winter glove for cross country skiing and hiking. I like the snug fit and really good grip because of the rubber grippy things.
It has pretty good wind resistance and does okay with water resistance around snow but I was a little disappointed with how much it held in the sweat when cross country skiing. After about an hour of skiing, it felt a little clammy but still kept me warm. It took a bit longer than I would have expected for it to dry out after I took them off for the day but still faster than other bulkier gloves.
The e-tip worked great for me and I was using my iphone as easily as if I didn't have gloves on. Definitely like not have the silver fibers like other gloves.

Comments about REI Tech-Compatible All-Season Gloves - Women's:
I was hoping to use these as winter gloves (I live in the Southwest at 6200 ft elevation), both for day to day life and winter sports. However, the touch screen component did not work for me, so I ended up returning them.

Comments about REI Tech-Compatible All-Season Gloves - Women's:
Great gloves for the price and purpose. These seem to run a little small so I would suggest getting the next size up.

Comments about REI Tech-Compatible All-Season Gloves - Women's:
Overall I absolutly love these gloves and am super happy with them. The plain All Seasons seem to be cut differently though so be careful if going between e-tip & non when ordering online.
The Good:
Awesome grip, warm, lightweight, looks sharp, price, e-tip isn't annoying silver color.
The Bad:
Seems to be cut short in the fingers. I'm normally a S and in these I'm a M (which still feel a tad short in the ring-finger). Placement of condutive fabric isn't optimal but works well enough.
