    • Lightweight and flexible polyester and nylon mesh uppers are abrasion resistant and breathable, and dry quickly; overlays provide structure and support
    • Polyester and nylon air-mesh linings provide great moisture management to keep feet comfortable on the run
    • A special EVA compound is used for the insole boards to supply excellent cushioning and flexibility
    • Midsoles feature BioMoGo foam polymer alloy, which provides cushioning, energy return and reduced foot fatigue; nontoxic additive helps midsoles break down in landfill
    • DNA cushioning uses high-viscosity liquid to react instantly to each step for as you run, providing a custom amount of cushioning for your running styles

              I've been really happy with the Ghost 5s. They have held up really well for my (indoor and outdoor) mid-distance training and even some cross- and strength training. The shoe is relatively lightweight, isn't bulky, and the mesh has also held up well. I've easily surpassed the 400-500 mile shoe limit and haven't noticed any breakdown, save one rubber nub recently coming loose on the sole. I use orthotics; my heels still fit the shoes perfectly and my toes do not bump against the front of the shoe while running, as they have in other brands.
