i purchased this bag for a business trip to taiwan. i was amazed at how much i was able to put in it. The flight locker worked great. kept my clothes all nice and neat. the laundry bag was a plus as well.

unfortunately, when i received my bag in taiwan it had a hole in it. it looked like it had been stuck on the conveyor and a hole was burnt into it.

when i got home i sent an email to osprey about their guarantee. within an hour i had an ra number and directions on how to get my bag to them for repair.

I sent my bag off on a monday and by the following thursday (11 days) and my bag was back in my hands with a nice little patch job. i just payed for the shipping to them.

a great bag and amazing customer service!
