I haven't tried many running tights (used to wear pants or just sweats if I ran in the winter), but I do hate the zippered ankles. These have no zipper at the ankles, the cuffs adjust to my height with no bunching. There is no rubbing of seams so far (I haven't worn them on very many runs or long runs yet). I have worn them to run in temps down to 18F. Many might find them too thin for this but I thought they did well. I have worn them to the gym for cross training as well. The fit is true to size (for size small), a bit of compression, but not squeezing. Nice.

I haven't had a chance to run in these yet. I cycled in them today and they were fantastic.

I went in store and tried on about 6 different pairs of running tights, all different brands. The reason I chose this one is because of the feel of the material, and the fit. My main issue with the other tights were the length. All except this one stopped a few inches above my ankle. I wanted a tight that would go farther down, so if I wore ankle socks, they would cover the exposed skin. Also, the material on these felt great. They are thick enough that they are not see through, but they have a fit-like-a-glove feel. The wide waist band makes them very comfortable too. They have a zippered pocket in the back, and a tie at the waist. I'm 5'6" about 140lbs, and I fit the Medium.
