The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Arc'teryx Stingray Shell Jacket - Women's:
This jacket is the king (queen) of all jackets. I consider myself to be a jacket connoisseur, with way more jackets than any one person needs. That said, I can't wait for the cool weather to roll back around so I can bring this jacket back into rotation. I use it primarily on the mountain, where it lives up to the waterproof breathability that I expect of arcTeryx stuff. Even more importantly, especially on the mountain, is the windproof aspect. I feel impenetrable when I've got this on, and laugh in the face of blisteringly cold winds while riding the lift. The hood fits over my helmet, the turtle collar zips over my chin. The sleeves are long enough to stay in place over the cuff of my gloves, so even as I move around the sleeves aren't pulling up and exposing my arms/wrists to snow. The snow skirt works, too. The fit is slightly larger than some of their other jackets, but perfect for the amount of motion involved in snowboarding (and skiing); however, it's not so bulky that I don't wear it in my every-day life to the office and get lots of compliments. The brushed inside of the jacket provides just enough light insulation that I don't need to bulk up too much underneath to get the right amount of warmth. You may have guessed that I seriously love this jacket, and that is true. Couldn't recommend it more to anyone, even at the high price.
