            I bought these for my gym workouts, but I will be using them for my yoga workouts as well. VERY comfortable fit, and I like that there is a hidden drawstring waist in case I ever need it. I also like the little embroidered lotus on the back of the waistband-cute touch! Quite happy with them.

                I am 5'6" 135 pounds the medium fits me fine, albeit a tiny bit loose. I love the length, just at the bottom of my knees. The waistband is very comfortable. I wear these on a bike ride to the gym, at the gym for my weight workouts and any exercise classes I feel like taking. Also around the house when I intend to go to the gym, but don't quite make it there.
