I got these socks for my friend, because I talked him into going snowshoeing with me, and didn't want to hear any complaints about cold feet. He loves them so much that he has purchased additional pairs. He usually responds poorly to anything containing wool (itchy), but I do as well, and I assured him that it would not be an issue with these socks. As usual, I was correct. :)

I received this item as a gift for Christmas and I am already say that I will be buying another pair or two very soon. They are super comfy and kept my toes nice and warm while out hiking the other day. Though I was going through snow and my boots appeared to be get wet I could not feel any moisture getting to my feet. In addition to that I usually run really warm and foot sweating is usually a problem but not so in these socks. Other socks that I have tried that aren't smartwool brand are not nearly as impressive. These are some awesome socks!
