This is a great pack for anyone who is going for a leisurely stroll, rock climbing, or running a marathon.
I recently used this pack during my last marathon. I was skeptical about carrying water with me without having clothing on underneath the pack for protection from rubbing and burns that could be caused from wearing a hydration system. To my amazement, I did not have any discomfort for the entire duration of the run. The Junction 4 Hydration Pack - 50 fl. oz. model is perfectly adjustable to any standard, and also had a high capacity for carrying snacks, extra clothing, etc. in the exterior pocket.
Additionally, the bladder is easily removable and refillable. Because the water tube is flexible and has an adequate length, I can also use it in my assault pack for other excursions.
This product has multiple uses beyond what you believe a small 50 oz. pack would provide you for the price. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking into investing in a hydration pack for any type of activity.
