Comments about The North Face Recon Pack - 2011 Closeout:

A very functional pack and comfortable to boot! You get the quality of North Face with the functionality of today's technologies. Can't ask for much more. The only change I would make is to make the main commpartment more of a clam shell desigh where you can bypass the age old problem of loading from the top. I just don't understand why backpack designers don't get this. Other than that, highly recommended for the price it's at right now. Oh, a built in rain fly would help considerably..as I used one from another REI pack I had for a raining day hike.
