- Tall, waterproof suede and full-grain leather uppers feature rawhide laces and shearling trim, delivering fabulous fashion
- 200g PrimaLoft® Eco recycled polyester insulation ensures warmth and comfort in cold conditions
- Plush shearling linings are soft against skin while shearling collars fend off snow entry
- Removable, multidensity Northotic™ footbeds add extra cushioning
- Lightweight compression-molded EVA midsoles supply cushioning and shock absorption for wear all day long
- Nylon shanks add torsional rigidity for enhanced stability on tricky terrain
- The North Face Winter Grip™ rubber outsoles grip snow and wet surfaces for solid traction
- Temperature-sensitive rubber snowflake lugs on outsoles harden when temps fall below freezing to provide extra bite into the terrain

I love these boots! They are warm for my typical winter living and extremely comfortable. They do not have support, you can add that if you wish with inserts but I bought these boots for that reason. My feet do better without all the support and these were the only boots I could find! I've had them for over a year now, and they still look and feel awesome. I get compliments on them all the time. I highly recommend them!

I bought these boots on a whim right before I went to East Asia. They were the best things that I took with me, besides a warm coat! Comfortable, waterproof, stylish. My feet always get cold, no exception....except for these boots! We went to the Great Wall of China, freezing cold and super windy, but my feet were actually toasty. We road motor scooters, walked and traveled all over East Asia, but seriously, I was so toasty warm and they were comfortable. I'm already looking forward to football season this fall and winter and wearing them to the games.

Disappointing. These boots are not warm, even in moderate temperatures. They do not have enough support even for an evening of strolling around town. The heel of the boot is strangely large, so that with thick or even two pairs of socks, my heel moves up and down in the boots, and they rub raw. I only end up wearing them for quick trips to the store, when I'm fairly certain I won't break down or get stuck. Not what I expect from NF.
