I really like these pants! I was worried about the fit after seeing another review that they stretch out. The waist is kinda big, but I just wear a belt with them and that solves the problem. I'd always prefer them to be big in the waist rather than tight. They are really comfortable and nice looking, I'm wearing them to work regularly and plan to continue.

I was very excited about these pants when I first put them on. They are extremely comfortable with very nice fabric. I am 5'9 and a smidgen under 130 pounds and the size 4 fit me like a glove and the length was perfect.
However, after wearing them for only an hour or so they started stretching and became really baggy around the waist, butt, and legs area. They turned into a size 6 or 8 it felt like. They were especially saggy around the butt area and made me look like I had no butt at all, especially because they have very low pockets. Now I am not saying I have a giant ghetto booty but I definitely do not have a "Hank Hill" butt...but these pants made it look that way pretty much.
I washed them and then they felt tight again at first, only to stretch out once more after only an hour or so. Also, after I washed them they shrank a ton in length and became 'highwaters" on me. I know I have pretty long legs but it's kind of ridiculous how much they shrank. I am returning them today.
If you are shorter than me and have a J-Lo booty, then these might be perfect for you! They are very cute and have a nice color.
