Comments about Mountain Hardwear Thermostatic Jacket - Women's:
This is a lightweight, silky soft and cozy jacket. For coldest days in the Bay Area one would need more, but for most days, it's perfect. Love the red color and stitching pattern, too.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Thermostatic Jacket - Women's:
If sleeve length weren't an issue for me, I would LOVE this jacket. I am 5'10" with a thinner frame so I have trouble finding a jacket that is narrow enough for my body but has long enough sleeves. I first bought the large in this jacket for the longer sleeves but the body was way too big. I then tried the medium and the body fit perfectly but the sleeves were short and the shoulders too tight. I'm returning and will continue my hunt for a similar jacket with longer sleeves.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Thermostatic Jacket - Women's:
This jacket is very attractive and versatile. Mine is XS, and the fit is perfect, a bit tapered so it's flattering, but not tight or constricting anywhere. The length on XS is 23.5" front & back, and sleeves are 32" (measurements for XS per MH). I'm 5'4 110 lb., evenly proportioned. It's thin enough to it fit under a shell and under my winter coats for more warmth, but I also wear it by itself in lieu of a fleece jacket, over a T shirt/base layer. I've only had it a short time, but it seems warm for it's light weight (XS is 8.6 oz). MH rep says it has DWR coating, though it's not mentioned on their website. I first bought Ruby but liked it so much I got a second in Black.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Thermostatic Jacket - Women's:
Very cute jacket, good for layering. I had to get an XS for the coat to fit around me (5'6 and 125lbs), but then sleeves were too short. Returned it and got the similar Patagonia coat in XS, sleeves are longer.
