The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Endure Earphones:
I do a great deal of hiking and long power-walks with my dog, and I like listening to podcasts while doing so, and typically just wore only one over-the-ear-bud (I would cut the other one off) so I could hear my surroundings (cars, other hikers, rattle snakes, etc) so when I came across these at my REI store, I thought I'd give them a try since they allowed for ambient sound while wearing both left and right ear buds. Unfortunately, they allow a bit too much noise, particularly when windy outside, so the volume needs to be increased to overcome the ambient noise. Secondly, they aren't all that comfortable as the over-the-ear portion is flexible, but not adjustable and they start to hurt after 30 minutes or so of wearing. I like the over-the-ear style as they don't fall out when vigorously hiking, but these aren't that comfortable, and much too much ambient sound is heard.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Endure Earphones:
the sound quality was fine and I would have given these headphones a higher rating had I not had constant issues with the peice that wraps around the back of the ear. I had to constantly adjust it to keep the ear bud from falling out and within 2 weeks they were popping off everytime I ran. I was able to find the wrap around piece and reattach it after the first few times but of course my luck eventually ran out. I am now missing the wrap around peice on one side and keeping the earbud in place is practically impossible. I feel like I should have gotten more for the price I paid. I am very disappointed.
