Bought the long and wide for my long and slimming but still wide body. I move around when I sleep but I have been able to remain on the pad despite my sleep habits and my somewhat slick skinned Montbell spiral down bag. The pad packs down to a little wider than a 1L nalgene which is nice for backpacking.
Over time I wonder how well any air mattress will hold up since I am using it about 4-6 nights per month. So far so good though!
