I like this jacket very much for casual use in cool weather. Warm, practical, good looking. I was surprised that the "prAna" logo is embroidered on the back of the shoulders (no contrasting colors, fortunately). The front flap covering the zipper does not come all the way down, leaving a couple of inches of zipper uncovered. Personally, I'd prefer it full length. Overall: great jacket.

I went into the REI store looking for a coat similar to my son's but ended up buying something different. Now my son wants the same coat. This an everyday coat that can be worn Fall through the Spring, fits perfectly, is a complementary color and was a great price.

I recently purchased this jacket in Medium to replace my worn softshell with something a little more civilized for wearing to work and around town in the winter.

While it seems to be nicely constructed, stylish, and just the right warmth for a Missouri winter, the fit is odd at best. I'm 6' tall, 175 lbs, and bought the medium. Not only are the sleeves too short for me (1-2 in), but the chest and belly are are far too big. The jacket has no adjustment to bring it in around the waist either. It would fit someone with a potbelly perfect, but if you are even halfway decent shape it is downright baggy around the midsection.

It looks silly on me with the short sleeves and baggy midsection, so I'll be returning it and searching for another jacket that fits better.

Just picked up this jacket and I really like it. It is perfect as a late fall/early winter jacket to wear out on the town. The only complaint I have (it this is really minor) has to do with the fit. I am 6'3" and I wear a large size jacket. This fits perfect in the sleeves, but the bottom of the jacket is a little shorter than I would like. Not short enough to be uncomfortable or even a real issue for me, but if you like you jackets long, I would look elsewhere.
