    I bought this watch for my husband and he loves it. The directions say that you have to push the buttons to make it waterproof. That seems silly, but nonetheless that what's he did and the watch is indeed waterproof. He went stand-up paddling with it and had no problems even after falling in the water. Looks like the previous reviewer didn't read the directions. This is a great watch!!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      I liked this watch a lot at first. It looked good, kept time, had an alarm, and I liked the fact that it was made of titanium. However, after only an hour of kayaking it was completely broken.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
