This is a really lightweight workout shirt. It seems perfect for my yoga class in a warm room. As the product description says, it's almost like a second skin. It feels smooth and moves gently with body movements. A word about fit: I'm 6'+, 185 lbs. The xl fits perfectly. The shirt is mildly tapered, so if you have a paunch you don't want to flaunt, this may not be the shirt for you. On sale, plus coupon, made this a reasonable purchase of a quality shirt.
