Great stylish book bag with great capacity. Quality was superior to others. Pocket organizers are located in the front for easy storage. Straps on the sides assist with condensing for tight spots. Shoulder straps are padded, balanced, and very comfortable with two additional belt straps to help with stability. Larger compartment had storage for laptop. This is not a heavy duty hiking bag. IF you are looking for more of a casual hiking bag then this is it!

Great Pack but too bulky.
I wanted to use it as a bag for going to campus and back and felt it was way too big. Its adjustments were insufficient to secure the books and notebooks I carry to campus.

Despite the bag saying it can hold a 17" laptop, use caution because you would need extra padding (softshell case) to protect the equipment prior to placing into bag. Tons of pockets for little items. Laptop compartment can hold either a laptop or water bladder with a hole up top for hose. Very good quality. 2012 version is identical except for some color changes and markings. Good value when you get it on clearance or sale. I should've ordered two!

Great if you have to carry on a lot of stuffs with you, in a tipical day I put on it a reflex camera, an extra lense, my ipad, and all the chargers a cables that you need for all your gadgets. Great capacity and keep everything in order, thanks to all the pockets that this back pack have.
