The pack is good quality but the padded portions of the shoulder straps are pretty short. The hipbelt padding barely makes it to my hipbones. I am an average sized woman and not overweight. This review is for the M/L pack. I'm sure glad I didn't order the S/M!
It seems like it's sized for a 6'tall 120lb man.

You cant beat the price for this great pack! Tons of compression straps to cinch down your load for a light day hike or fill it to the brim for an overnight. You can throw this pack around and it wont bust on you, very strong. Also a seperate hydration compartment makes refilling painless. I use the pack mainly for day hikes and hunting.
Im 6 foot 3 225 and I havnt experienced any issues with the hip belt. A beefier one would be nice but your not going to see one on a 38L pack. In my opinion fits snug and comfortable.

This pack rules. It is the perfect size for an overnighter or even a two day hike. I cant get enough of this thing. My only complaint is the zippers snag a bit at first, but once you break them in, they are just fine.
