27mm deep aluminum rim uses a traditional V, semi-aerodynamic shape to offer a solid mix of stiffness and strength for reliable performance
Machined braking surface supplies consistent, responsive braking; discreet wear indicators let you know when it's time to replace the rim
Hub features a lightweight, stiff aluminum body with sealed cartridge bearings for excellent longevity and smooth spinning; easy bearing adjustment optimizes performance
Freehub body is SRAM/Shimano compatible and uses a 3-pawl/individual leaf spring system for fast, strong drive engagement
Oversize aluminum axle ensures plenty of stiffness for excellent tracking and responsive feel
20 Sapim CX straight-pull bladed spokes are strong and stiff, and cut through the wind; spokes are laced radially on the drive-side and 1-cross on the non-drive-side
The SRAM S27 AL Comp rear road wheel comes with quick-release skewer and rim tape; 130mm axle spacing
