Comments about Backpacker's Pantry Cold Black Bean Salad - 2 Servings:
This makes a great lunch: just hydrate about half an hour or more before you want to eat it, then stick it in the side pouch of your pack. When you're ready, it's there. It sure beats my usual backpack lunch of ramen; it's tasty (you can taste the cilantro!); it's nutritious. It's especially useful if you are a veggie who is sick of the usual veggie lunches. I'm a fan!
