Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
used for: 3 kids bikes, 1 road, 1 mountain, 1 commuter
we use for a brief spurt every weekend for about 15 minutes.
the adaptor has not given us any real problems yet. it doesn't like the kiddie bike spokes though. it needs a little finger room to screw on and off the valve and there's so little room between the spokes. i'm not certain how the design could contain something truly problematic as everything seems to screw into everything else. the shrader(sp?) valve stems have a "sweet spot" that you have to screw down to and no farther otherwise you lose air on the release. no issue on the high pressure prestas so far.
the only reaon i've given a 4 instead of 5 so far is because of the limited time of ownership so far, 6 weeks.

Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
Bought this here at REI last year and so far I have no complaints against it. Operates properly, makes a tight seal on my valve stems, and gives out accurate readings in every use. Its screw-type approach versus the popular lock-lever by other brands is a little bit slower, but what's a loss of 10 seconds in inflating one's tires anyway? The base is quite stable and the pump shaft always operates in a smooth stroke.
The only points I have against it are its price and the position of the dial gauge. For its selling price, one can already get a different brand but decent floor pump and a mini-pump. So with this, I do expect it to perform properly. And for those who wear eyeglasses, it would be quite hard to use this pump, as the dial gauge is located at its base. Add to that the black gauge needle, the silver background, and the glare from the light source and it's a recipe for hard reading.
Since its barrel is quite thin, it's constructed to put out high pressure of air thereby geared towards road bikes. Doesn't mean that it can't inflate wider tires, only that it will take more time doing so. MTB riders, better look elsewhere.
I only give it 4 stars, as the 5-star rating from this site means it's perfect and couldn't get any better. Well, there's a lot of room for Lezyne to make this better, and perhaps give more distinction to its line of pumps against each other.

Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
I tried to like this turged waste of money. After using it for three months I am taking it back. It does not seal well on long stems about half the time. It does not seal on my short tubeless stems at all. The dial cover popped off for no discernable reason. On those occassions where it seals well it is easy to fill a tire to 120 psi. The hose is nice and long. tried to adjust to it, but it is just a pump and should just work without being so fiddly.

Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
Valve connector is great. After only using a few times the plastic (or maybe ABS) chamber connecting the pump and the gauge blew out. Was pumping a mountain bike tire and it blew right at 60lbs. I had previously filled up a road bike to 100 psi.

Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
This is a great pump with best price and features of all Lezyne floor pumps. The chromed steel barrel, black base, wood handle and nifty pressure gauge make for an attractive package. The 43" rubber hose loops over handle and "clips" onto base for tidy storage. The Flip-Thread chuck threads directly onto presta or schrader valves for a secure, airtight connection. The air bleed system removes back pressure with presta valves and lets you adjust tire pressure when inflating schrader valves (i.e. over inflate tires slightly and press air bleed until desired pressure is achieved). The pressure gauge is easy to read. The base is stable and has 3 rubber cushions (easy on my hardwood floors). Maximum inflation pressure of 160 psi is more than plenty for my bikes. Pump comes with 90 degree chuck adapter for use with presta valves. Pump also comes with needle tip for inflating sports balls and a nozzle tip for inflating beach balls, rubber rafts, etc. These tips thread directly on pump base for storage. What else could one need in a pump?

I use this on my commuter and I have yet to have any problems. It compares well to a friends Specialzed $150 pump in accuracy, ease of use and stability. I would buy it all over again and recommend to friends.

Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
I use the pump for my own Mtn bikes and road bike. I also seem to fix alot of friends tires. And have been known to air up car tires as well. I think that the head is a far superior system than the clamp on style. My bikes run prestas, with the exception being my DH rig, and have destroyed multiple tubes with my old pump. I have yet to destroy a tube stem with this new system and the bleeder valve for the presta side of the head is genius! Nice work Lezyne!

Comments about Lezyne Sport Floor Drive Pump:
This pump is well designed, works great. I have had it for about a month now and my main frustration with the pump is the presto speed chuck, at times it does not seal 100%. I have easily taken a new road tire to 110psi in only a few seconds and find this pump fills fast and accurate.
