    I love the look of the fabric and the angled quilting is flattering but the vest runs large. I am usually a L in North Face products without fail but there was way too much room in the torso - I do not have a small waist and I could be 7 months pregnant and still zip it, too large even layered. It also lacks a nice fully lined, brushed collar and interior chest pocket, which my Aconcagua vest has and was less expensive. The collar is so tall and would be great on cold days if it were soft and lined.

    While the quality of the vest is good and I'm sure it'll be warm it's in no way black, it's gray. It's not even charcoal gray it's more of a slate gray. I'm not sure where they dug up that picture of the vest in black but that isn't the color. The style is cute though and the pattern shown is true, but it's disappointing since I really wanted a black vest. Will probably end up returning it.
