I feel strongly compelled to write a review for this jacket because it is simply awesome. One issue is that the color is not at all as shown online. It is much brighter and saturated deep raspberry color. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the package since I was expecting more of a brick color but it's much more cheerful. I personally like the jacket without the detachable sleeves. It's the perfect hybrid between a windbreaker and vest. It is perfect for the moderate coastal climate in California. I was wondering why the price was so expensive, but the quality really shows through with the way the zippers are done and the material. It is awesome and I am so glad I took a risk on ordering this. Also very true to size. All of my outerwear is Medium, and it fits perfect in this item.
