Designed by shaping expert Randy French, this board is built for stability and glide and is a great choice for flatwater touring, light surf, SUP yoga or exploration
11 ft. 6 in. length handles nicely and tracks well in flatwater, and high volume offers a weight capacity suited to large paddlers
Full rails and a wide platform enhance stability so you can focus on the fun of the paddle
High-quality, pressure-molded EPS core is watertight; should you ding your board, water will not enter and weigh the board down as it might with cores of lesser quality
Waterproof EPS core is encased in multiple layers of fiberglass and high-quality epoxy resin to create a lightweight, highly responsive board; EPS core is fully recyclable
Natural composite bamboo veneer adds a "come hither and let's go paddle" look that makes the Universal Bamboo a pleasure to behold

Comments about Surftech Universal Bamboo Stand Up Paddleboard - 11' 6":

We are all average users, this board is a great starting point. My 10 year old son was able to hop right on and go. Tracks well in the water. Is big enough for me to carry my son along as well. The only downfall is it is a bit heavy, so it can be a challenge to get to some of our launch areas. The pros are just about everything else. It is a beautiful board and we get asked about it everywhere we go.
