Rated5out of5byArchergalfromLove the fitI bought this helmet as a replacement for my 4-year old helmet, which has taken a lot of abuse over the past few years. When I tried it on in the store, I was really impressed with how comfortable it felt. It's got a nice array of pads on the inside. Better than that, it's more adjustable than my previous helmet. I usually wear a bandana under my helmet, and with my previous helmet, I couldn't loosen the fit enough to be completely comfortable. I can with this helmet. The visor is also a little longer. That came in handy during a few rides in the rain recently.
So far I'm very happy with the helmet.

Rated5out of5byWish I was OutsidefromSo Far So GoodThis is the first helmut I've puchased in years and I'm pleasantly surprised. Great feel and as noted I have a larger than average head. It fits great and I 'd recommend this one.

Rated5out of5byDaredevil-8fromThis helmet saved me.I bought this helmet because it was the only one in the store that looked good on me. It's lightweight and the rear adjustment works nicely. Then I had an accident that sent me flying over my handlebars striking the pavement at about 20 miles per hour. The helmet was crushed but did its job. It saved me from severe head injury. All I suffered was a bad headache. Cannon dale has a policy where you send them your damaged helmet and they will replace it at 50% off retail which I did. What really matters is protection. The highest recommendation.

Rated5out of5bydmarsfromSaved my lifeI was just recently in a mountain biking accident wearing my Cannondale Ryker helmet. I can tell you that the style is great and it is certainly the most comfortable helmet I have worn. However, what is truly important, is that it works. I went head over my handle bars and landed directly on my helmet. Though the helmet was completely crushed and cracked down the middle (exactly what they are intended to do in an accident) I came away with only road rash on my face and head, a sprained wrist and neck, and a moderate concussion. The ER Dr. said directly, "your helmet saved your life."
Needless to say, I would recommend this helmet to anyone.

Rated3out of5bykatethelizardfromClose but not quiteSeemed to fit nicely in the store but returned it after a few rides. Even with the dial in the back tightened down and the straps adjusted (and I know how to do it), the helmet tipped forward. The back dial harness has too long a pivot from the helmet to hold it firmly in place. Also one of the back dial strap's pegs that fits into a slot in the helmet shell started popping out after only a couple rides.
Nice looking, and fits the shape of my head, as Bell helmets always have. Giro is the wrong shape so I can't comment on their harnesses, but Bells have always worked well for me. This might work well for other riders, but it was just a tad too insecure for me.

Rated5out of5byPilotgoddessfromFits fantasticallyI was hesitant to order a helmet online without trying it on but I was relieved to find the fit and adjustment on this helmet is the best I've tried. I have issues with helmet fit because my oblong head shape, but I have no problem with this helmet. It is very light weight and comfortable as well.
