      I bought two different sizes (one for now and one for when my son gets older) because I like this hat so much! Our 4mo/old son is in the 55% for head size, and the 6-12 month hat is just a bit big on him (as expected). It doesn't bother him when we go on walks, it stays in position nicely and it protects his eyes and head from the Sun. Not sure how durable the lightweight fabric is, but I don't plan on using his head to test durability any time soon ;) It looks much cuter on a baby than in the picture, and I'm so glad we found it!
