Comments about Timbuk2 D-Lux Laptop Messenger Bondage Bag - Medium:
I use this bag everyday, mostly to and from work, but I'm either on the bike or public transit, so a good bag makes a lot of difference. This is replacing a Bailey Works messenger bag, which had significantly less compartments, but a greater variety of sizes and styles of pockets and compartments. The bag has plenty of room and tons of small pockets and compartments, but there's a lack of mid-sized pockets in the bag that are great for things like water bottles, bike locks, bike tools/tubes, etc. But it has plenty of space for most of what I need compartmentalized (pens, keys, erasers, papers, etc.). The included features work great, and I've had no issues throwing the laptop in the bag and biking to work.
My one real complaint is that it's not truly reversible. Even though I'm right-handed, I wear my bags left-hand style. While I can wear it lefty just fine, the features are designed for a righty, notably the quick release strap and the Napoleon pocket.
